Individual Transitions
Navigate Your Next Chapter
Major life changes often leave us asking questions we never expected.
What now?
What do I really want?
Who am I becoming?
If you’re feeling uncertain about your future, let’s chat.
You’re not stuck.
You’re in a transition.
Maybe something important has ended or significantly altered.
A career. A relationship. A role that once gave you purpose.
Perhaps your children no longer need you in the same way.
Maybe retirement is approaching.
Maybe you're successful on paper but increasingly disconnected from the life you're actually living.
Or maybe nothing dramatic has happened. You just know something needs to change. Whatever brought you here, you're standing at a threshold.
Wanted or unwanted, thresholds can be disorienting.
Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom. - Victor Frankl
Transition isn't a problem to solve.
Most of us are taught to solve problems quickly.
When life becomes uncertain, we want answers. We want a plan. We want to know what to do next. Who wouldn’t?
But transition isn't always a problem to solve. Sometimes it is an invitation to pause long enough to understand what is ending, what is emerging, and what this season might be asking of you.
The space between what was and what comes next can be uncomfortable—and deeply meaningful.
What kind of transition are you navigating?
Career Change
You've outgrown your work, lost your job, burned out, or are wondering what meaningful work looks like now.
Retirement
You've spent decades building a career and are now asking who you are when work is no longer the center of your life.
Loss or Major Life Change
Something important has ended, and you're trying to understand how to move forward without simply rushing past what happened.
Empty Nesting
The role that has shaped your daily life for years is changing, and you're beginning to wonder what this next season holds.
Feeling Stuck
Nothing is necessarily “wrong,” but something isn't right. You're restless, disconnected, or increasingly aware that the life you're living no longer feels like it fully fits.
What if this transition could become something more?
You don't have to rush toward the next version of your life. You don't have to reinvent yourself overnight. And you don't have to figure everything out alone.
Together, we'll slow down and pay attention to what is actually happening beneath the surface.
We'll explore:
What is changing in your life
What you may need to grieve or let go of
The stories and identities that have shaped you
What still matters deeply to you
What desires are beginning to emerge
What possibilities are worth exploring
What meaningful next steps you can begin taking
This isn't about giving you someone else's answer for your life.
It's about helping you discover your own.
What You Can Expect
Life Transition Coaching creates space to slow down, pay attention to what’s really happening, and move through transition with intention rather than reaction.
Together, we’ll explore what matters, what’s changing, and what might be emerging—then turn those discoveries into meaningful steps forward.
01 - Slow Down & Understand
We’ll slow down together to understand what’s actually happening. Rather than reacting to the circumstances in front of you, we’ll create space to notice what’s happening beneath the surface—your questions, emotions, relationships, circumstances, and the patterns that may be shaping how you’re responding.
We’ll explore your desires, values, identity, and the story that brought you here. We’ll uncover the beliefs and patterns that shape how you see yourself, make decisions, and move through the world. You’ll learn to own your story, your thinking, and your choices—recognizing what still serves you and what you’re ready to leave behind. Because what got you here may not be what gets you where you’re going.
02 - Discover What Matters
We’ll make room for the bigger questions of desire this moment is asking. What do you want? What matters, now? What might be possible that you haven’t considered? Together, we’ll explore the questions, possibilities, and emerging desires that can help you imagine a meaningful next chapter.
03 - Imagine What’s Possible
We’ll turn insight into steps you can actually take. Coaching isn’t just about reflection. We’ll identify concrete next steps that align with the person you’re becoming and the life you feel called to live—and you’ll have opportunities to experiment, act, and learn along the way.
04 - Take Meaningful Action
You’ll have unlimited support as you continue the work outside our time together. You’ll meet with me twice each month for 60–90 minutes, with reading and reflection between sessions to prepare for what’s next. Some of that work will be shared with me beforehand so we can make our time together as meaningful as possible.
You’ll also have unlimited support throughout the month by phone, text, and email, along with Field Notes—video recordings and/or written reflections from me that capture additional insights from our conversations and offer guidance as you continue moving forward.
05 - Unlimited Support
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
As your guide, I help you slow down, ask the right questions, make meaningful discoveries, and find clarity about what comes next.
My role isn't to tell you what your next chapter should look like.
It's to create a space where you can listen more deeply—to yourself, to what matters, and to what may be emerging.
